Where community comes together in support of children.

We know that every child is capable of meeting their own individual developmental needs.

Bozeman Montessori offers a Montessori education for children ages 0-6, providing a nurturing environment that parents can have confidence in.

At the start of July I posted that Bozeman Montessori was hiring and ended up with a wonderful addition to our staff community. We are once again hiring and I'm hoping to be as lucky a second time:
Bozeman Montessori is hiring! If you know a calm, caring, dependable person with a desire to work with young children in a highly supportive environment, please pass on the news.

Yoga for the New Mother

May 1, 2016, 11:00am - May 1, 2016, 1:30pm

Renew, LLC

YOGA FOR THE NEW MOTHER Sunday May 1, 2016 at 11 AM Renew Yoga and Massage, 438 E Mendenhall # 2 $15 suggested donation As new mothers, we have very few moments to focus on ourselves with the constant demands of caring for a newborn - from night wakings to changing diapers and regular feedings. Not to mention our own physical recovery from birth. By cultivating a personal practice of truly listening to our needs while connecting with other mothers we are creating space for healing during the postpartum period. YOGA FOR THE NEW MOTHER is a ninety-minute workshop where we will focus on ways to tap into your innate ability to manage stressful situations through gentle poses, breathing techniques and deep relaxation. This will allow you to reduce stress, anxiety and, ultimately, gain empowerment and compassion for yourself. YOGA FOR THE NEW MOTHER will be led by Suzanne Bendick of Fresh Air and Randa Chehab of the Ashtanga Yoga School of MT. Suzanne is a Certified Lactation Counselor and a Postpartum Doula, helping to nurture and assist families during the sacred postpartum period. Randa’s unique background as a Physician’s Assistant, Ashtanga Yoga teacher, and massage therapist combine to support the spiritual and physical journey that comes with new mothering. Randa uses a holistic approach melding yoga, nutrition, eastern/western medicine and alternative therapies resulting in raised self-awareness, decreased stress and greater empowerment. Suzanne and Randa know that if you can be gentle, loving and attentive to yourself, you will be that and more for your new family. Please join us Sunday May 1 for the first of our morning workshops dedicated to new mothers. Mothers at any stage in the journey are encouraged to attend. Babies are always welcome at Renew Yoga and Massage, as are other members of your support team if needed. Afterwards, we invite you to stay for tea and snacks for a chance to deepen your connection with this new community. Questions about YOGA FOR THE NEW MOTHER- please contact Suzanne Bendick at suzanne@freshairmama.com.
