From Our Staff

Kind words from current and past employees of Bozeman Montessori

“When I look back at the six years I spent at Bozeman Montessori I can't help but smile. The moment I walked through the doors I felt welcome and could feel that this was a good place to be. The grace and forgiveness that is given to the children is also given amongst the staff. I truly love the people I worked with. The leadership is so compassionate, understanding, and appreciates the differences in everyone that works there. The families are amazing and the community I spent time with there seems like a once in a lifetime experience. I'm truly grateful for my experience there and highly, highly recommend anyone to Bozeman Montessori.”

Whitney Mason, teacher and mother of child at Bozeman Montessori

“At Bozeman Montessori, I knew my personal values were important and was empowered to contribute to all kinds of school operations.  The close knit community of staff and families created a truly collaborative effect on the care that each child received. These beautiful, intangible elements, as well as the physical environment, were intentionally crafted and deeply valued. This community leaned into change and growth daily, and courageously, before pivoting was par for the course. I am very grateful for mine and my family's time with Bozeman Montessori.”

Mary Brennan Bauer

“This school is just incredible. Marissa and Victoria care so much for the staff and want to help everyone realize their dreams & ambitions. I hope everyone, at some point, has a job with such caring, nurturing people like I currently do.”
