Favorite quote:

“I slept and dreamt that life was joy. I awoke and saw that life was service. I acted and behold, service was joy.” Can I share a second quote also?! “Life is not measured by the amount of breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away.”— rabindranath tagore

Things I am passionate about:

Advocating for children and families, working with and mentoring first time parents as they navigate their new roles, and Food- eating rather than cooking, that is!

In my free time, I love to:

Spend time with my family and friends, read, Jazzercise, spend time outdoors surrounded by the beauty that is Montana.

I want to be remembered by:

The love, care and attention I brought to the relationships with people in my life.

When I was little, I loved to:

Climb trees, read, sing, dance and play tennis.

Personal philosophy:

1. Gratitude and appreciating and loving my life brings me joy and contentment.
2. You can measure the love you bring to each day by the amount of joy you experience in each moment.
3. Look for the opportunities in the challenges.
4. Whatever I put my  attention on grows and I get to choose in any given moment what and where I want to put my attention.
5. Be your word.
